Domestic Violence Programs
Domestic violence programs are guided by the Domestic Violence Offender Management Board (DVOMB), whose mission is to support safety, healing, and accountability.
Domestic abuse can take many forms. It may involve an act—or even the threat—of violence toward someone with whom a person has or has had an intimate relationship.
Understanding this definition helps create space for honesty, responsibility, and meaningful change. Programs exist not to shame, but to guide individuals toward healthier patterns, safer relationships, and greater self-awareness.
