Level II  Therapy

Track A: 42 hours over 21 weeks 
(usually for a first-time offender with a BAC below 0.15)

Track B: 52 hours over 26 weeks
(usually for a first-time offender with a BAC of 0.15 or above or refusal)

Track C: 68 hours  over 34 weeks
(usually for someone with a prior DWAI/DUI and a BAC below 0.15)

Track D: 86 hours over 43 weeks
(usually for someone with a prior DWAI/DUI and a BAC of 0.15 or above, or refusal.)

We will be more than happy to assist you with any DMV requirements that may be required of you at no additional charge.

IEC
If you are required to complete Track B - D and have an Interlock device in your vehicle, you are eligible to acquire 10 hrs. over 5 months to reduce your time by 5 weeks.

Multiple Level II Education and Level II Therapy groups are available throughout the week, with several scheduling options designed to accommodate work and family obligations.
