1. Enroll Immediately

Online enrollment is fast and easy. Email us right now, including your name, phone number, and date of birth. We will promptly send you an invitation to the client portal, where you can complete everything online without delay.

We offer morning, afternoon, and evening ZOOM sessions 7 days a week, starting at 9 a.m. and ending with a final 7:30 p.m. session. With this many options, you will find a class that fits your schedule. Please ensure you have reliable Wi-Fi, a camera-enabled device, and a private setting.

2. Watch Your Email—Act Fast

Look for your client portal invitation with the subject line: “Welcome to the ReliaTrax Client Portal.”
Click the link immediately to create your username and password (your email address is your username). Inside the portal, you’ll make payments, view appointments, track attendance, and complete essential client tasks. These tasks must be completed before you can attend. Do not delay! You will also receive an email with the sessions required for your specific needs—review it as soon as it arrives..

2. Attend Your Sessions—Every Week

You’ll receive a text and email reminder 24 hours before your scheduled session. If something unexpected happens and you are unable to attend, please email us immediately to request a different session for the same week. We will send you a new link.

If you do not attend a session during the week, a missed session fee will be charged—so act quickly and communicate promptly.
